Outdoor Adventure Training
Our Outdoor Adventure Training sessions are fun and challenging group orientated sessions.
We specialize in functional training which cater for all goals whether they be fat loss, lean muscle gain or sports specific. Our workouts are varied and deliver results fast. What better way to do exercise than with mother nature, our locations include Jacobs ladder, Bibbulmun track, Reobold Hill, Coogee Beach, and at our strength and conditioning facility.
We regularly have and encourage our clients to participate in such events as City to Surf, Rottnest swim, Anaconda Adventure Race, Mountain Designs Race, and numerous Triathlons throughout W.A.
