An energy packed hour of power, consisting of drills involving running, skipping, pad and bag work to rock your fitness world forever.

A high intensity class combining a variety of training tools including strength training, aerobic work, plyometrics and core conditioning.

Lance Armstrong look out! SPINFIT is a high intensity spin class designed to maximise calorie burning by taking your heart rate to places you didn’t think it could go, while taking the stress of running off your joints.
